The iSynergy SC Process Manager is part of the SC team supporting multiple SC modules including Maintenance Management and technologies for Shared Services and employees and managers at our Hospitals. Works under the direction of the iSynergy SC Senior Manager and is responsible for completing SC related activities including but not limited to: data conversion, functional specifications, program and system quality testing, go-live and post go-live implementation support. The iSynergy SC Process Manager is responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of services related to the SC Modules. Expected to take the initiative to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. The iSynergy SC Process Manager is also expected to act as a resource and a subject matter expert (SME) to SC analyst, intermediate, and senior level analysts.
What you will be responsible for:
Responsible for the design and testing of SC systems to ensure the integrity, security, effectiveness and efficiency of the SCM, maximizing the value to AHS while maintaining overall project awareness.
Support SC objectives and iSynergy team member's efforts to facilitate cross-team functional integration and accomplishment of established goals. Share ideas and information openly. Proactively resolve, or minimize the impact of, team conflicts by establishing positive working relationships.
Analyze issues and effectively present recommendations to audiences at various levels. Lead group efforts toward the resolution of complex problems in a professional, courteous impartial manner. Complete internal and external documentation during project and software development phases as assigned.
Develop or possess expert-level functional knowledge of ERP software and related SC process.
Assist in compilation of functional specifications needed for interfaces, enhancements, and conversions. Collaborate with senior manager to gain key stakeholder approval.
Maintain designated logs or other documentation as needed, using independent judgment to log and escalate issues as deemed necessary or as required by the project plan.
Acquire, maintain and increase knowledge of AHS SC business processes and general SCM practice requirements, including: applications, technology, policies, procedures and applicable SC and external laws to anticipate and define application design needs and changes.
Responsible for the creation of test scenarios and scripts in testing applications for SC application testing. Record, monitor and update project issues as needed or oversee this process. Ensure accurate documentation of issue resolution and outcome.
Utilize high level of conceptual and analytical skills to critique and optimize system design and build. Leading by example, foster a culture of learning by exploring creative solutions. Be prepared to alter business “as is” to “business as may need to be” for future system optimization.
Willingly share new system knowledge to enhance/increase the knowledge of iSynergy team members, SC Shared Services, IT and other iSynergy partners.
Provide input into the creation of policies and procedures related to SC system process.
Assist in development of end-user training materials
May occasionally require off hours support
What you will need:
7 years of combined healthcare, PeopleSoft, or Supply Chain or Maintenance Management experience
Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Advanced Verbal and Writing skills
Data Query & Report Writing skills, as applicable
Oracle PeopleSoft Skills
