Compliance Manager - ()Position SummaryThe QA Manager acts independently through a working schedule of Airport Facilities reviews to monitor the level of janitorial service provided to the client. Detailed and accurate inspection reports are generated daily for Facility Manager and the Airport Representative to review. The QA Manager shall ensure that Air Serv is cleaning all areas in accordance with the Contract specifications.Essential DutiesInspect all areas which Air Serv is responsible for cleaning, including any alternates awarded, in a manner which will result in all cleaning areas being inspected at least once a month.Perform follow-up inspections to ensure corrective actions have been taken for any items or areas which were determined to have substandard cleaning during any inspection.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Assure that the Airport Facilities are kept clean and in accordance with the Contract specifications.Identify weakness in employee training, supervision, resources, cleaning methods, and standards of cleaning attained. Then submit these reports to the Facility Manager for correction.Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Set and continually manage expectations with stakeholders.Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.Track project milestones and deliverables.Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.Miscellaneous duties as assigned.*Job duties may be modified at any time.Bachelor degree preferred.Three (3) years' of recent, professional QA inspection experience.Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.Ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.Must submit to and pass a drug screen.Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history.Location College Park, GA 30337 USABM is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer (Minority/Female/Veteran/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation)
