People, careers and flexibility are at the heart of DHG's culture making it a great place to build a valuable career.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Network Administrator's key responsibilities are as follows:Backup AdministrationSummary of Responsibilities:Tier 3 Support for backup/restore related work orders.Complete tasks assigned in Microsoft Planner and Easy Vista.Implementation/Maintenance of backup infrastructure.Server Hardware AdministrationSummary of Responsibilities:Tier 3 Support for server hardware related work orders.Complete tasks assigned in Microsoft Planner and Easy Vista.Provision/Decommission servers according to policy.Ensure that server hardware and Virtual Machines are configured according to policy.Ensure that server hardware resources align with software requirements and continually monitor resource allocation.Server Virtual Machine AdministrationSummary of ResponsibilitiesTier 3 Support for virtual machine related work orders related to VMware / HyperVComplete tasks assigned in Microsoft Planner and Easy Vista.Provision/Decommission servers according to policy.Ensure that server hardware and Virtual Machines are configured according to policy.Ensure that server hardware resources align with software requirements and continually monitor resource allocation.Facilities ManagementSummary of Responsibilities:Tier 3 Support for facility related work orders.Complete tasks assigned in the Project Management System.Maintain consistency in server room layout/design according to policy.Network Switching/RoutingSummary of Responsibilities:Tier 3 Support for network switching/routing work orders.Monitoring all internal, co-location, and cloud data center networks to ensure that proper network performance and availability standards are being met.Network monitoring all on premise computer rooms, across all DHG offices, to ensure that proper network performance and availability standards are being met.Maintaining appropriate technical documentation standards on all infrastructure.All firmware and software updates on all Infrastructure components.#LI-NBRQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or complementary discipline is preferred.Six to ten (6-10) years of relevant work experience is required.Demonstrated proficiency in networking administration mechanics, best practices and processes required.Proficient with ITIL Service Management Framework preferred.CCNA or...
