Job Description:

Be responsible to manage a group of key focus accounts from Premier Page perspective:

Own the direct account relationship and be the contact point for customer on premier-related issue.

Provide end to end premier maintenance support to update Customer/Page info (shipping / billing etc.) and configurations.

Customer Facing:

§ Ability to market and sell the online value proposition, become an expert on online functionality and tools for the customers.

§ Be responsible to onboard customers on premier page upon request.

§ Participates on customer conference calls and customer Quarterly Business Reviews when appropriate.

§ Proactively performing customer outreach call to build good rapport and create CM value among customers.

Catalog Manager Operation & Sales Engagement

§ Proactively ensure Premier Page & bundles availability with 100% accuracy on pricing & configuration. Collaborate with Sales, BCM, OPM, and Protect the Site teams to achieve such results.

§ Actively work with Sales/Business to analyze & review page activeness quarterly. Own and drive to meet CM metrics such as Configuration availability [kA], CM coverage, Option Incompatibility Error, Frictionless & ePenetration Conversion.

§ Own End to End resolution and Online Cost of Dissatisfaction of Premier page issues. Ensure contract compliance & be responsible to create and update Catalog Manager Instructions (CMIs) for assigned accounts.

§ Engage customer or sales on End Of Life [EOL] changes to ensure 100% bundles availability.

Project management

§ Participates in Business To Business [B2B] implementation

§ Mandatory User Acceptance Test [UAT] testing specific to customer base or profile

§ Participate in global project/ initiatives by closely interacting with cross functional team and effectively disseminating knowledge to CM team. Ensure APJ challenges are being called out.

§ Ability to identify opportunities for tool and process enhancement.

Business Acumen

§ Strong analytical skill to perform analysis on data to identify strategic pockets of opportunity within the assigned account, evaluate what will provide the biggest return to grow online, execute and drive for results.

§ Assess customer buying behavior to identify suitable online platform for better customer purchasing experience.

Qualifications

§ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Sales, Business Marketing or any related field.

§ Customer orientated

§ Working experience in sales /marketing/customer service (>6 years) will be an advantages

§ Ability to communication (oral &written) in English.

§ Strong competency in driving for result, customer focus and negotiation skills

§ Cross functional experience
