This position is part of a Global team responsible for the management and execution of the TS Service Operations activities, such as Incident, Problem and Change Management. Direction is given by the Process Owner to ensure consistent execution of the processes across all areas of the organization.
This position will also manage and supervise temporary assignments/projects, such as Improvement projects and/or automation projects.
Supporting the following base business activities:
Managing the day-to-day activities of the process; gathering and reporting on process metrics.
Reviewing and approving Requests for Change (RFC); convening and chairing EMEA Change Process Adherence Review (CPAR) meetings.
Analyzing records to determine any trends or apparent problems that occurred and seek correction with the relevant parties.
Tracking compliance and escalating any issues to the process.
Acting as chairperson for process meetings
Co-lead and assist the Process Manager with TS Process Dashboards and in working with the different TS teams to:
Identify process improvements as how the process can be modified to better support the TS departments in achieving compliance.
Develop and implement action plans with the teams to improve the performance and measure impact of actions
Manage and control Agile/DevOps/Lean temporary assignments to support a commitment to excellence in the assignment for on-time & on-budget delivery.
Partner within a global organization to successfully achieve business goals. Develop networks with internal and external IT and Business partners and proactively manages expectations.
Lead assignments and projects of moderate, to high complexity, ensuring that project plans are defined and executed to achieve the business and technical objectives.
Proactively manage potential issues that may arise on assignment/project risk, quality, scope, schedule, and cost and acts as the first escalation point. Escalate further if needed.
Ensure that the team is disciplined about the agile practices and techniques they have chosen to support team effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
ITIL foundation (V3) certificate.
Project Management experience.
Ability to work independently and proactively being focused to deliver high performance and value to the business
Excellent in process and organization skills, in coordinating tasks across teams and deal with conflicting priorities. Good understanding of sensitivities and criticalities in order to be able to challenge where needed in an acceptable way.
Understand how your area of process expertise interrelates with other core IT processes and redefine processes and/or influence IT Colleagues to redefine processes, ensuring alignment.
Driven to continually improve work procedures and processes in a structured way
Bring knowledge and expertise in IT processes and incorporate those ideas into IT
Good teamwork and communication/information sharing skills
