The Security Services Technology division is responsible for the development, maintenance, testing and support of high performance, distributed, real time, multi-threaded systems used across our broad range of markets and securities services products.

Team Overview

The FX Team is seeking an experienced Technology Defect and Environment manager. This role will support the testing associated with a $17mm technology build designed to migrate market risk from one Citi business function in another. The testing will involve 10+ development teams across two asset classes.

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate the environment availability across all applications involved and to provide end to end ownership of technology defects through to resolution. The role will suit a PM who has deep experience in testing or a test manager who is interested in extending their skills.

Skills & Qualifications Required

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:

  • 5+ years working in a Technology testing, defect management or environment management

  • 3+ years’ experience delivering Programs and projects involving multiple stakeholders

  • Preferably with experience of Payments or FX.

  • Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills and experience operating within a high pressure environment

  • A delivery-focused approach with a high level of attention to detail

  • Tenacity – must have demonstrable ability to overcome ambiguity and obstacles

  • Ability to adapt in a fast moving and changing environment with ability to priorities tasks when required.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
