Description

The Business Lead Analyst will provide analysis and proposals to the Digital Client Experience (DCX) organization on optimization opportunities within business financial processes, expenses and productivity. In this position, he/she will act as a steward of expense management and held accountable to deliver a balanced solution of efficiency in meeting the organization’s financial objectives while preserving or improving the digital client experience. By leveraging data and financial analytics, understanding the digital landscape and relationships amongst the network of stakeholders, he/she will create an environment where performers are motivated to do the right thing and excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage end to end business coordination of DCX’s key financial, budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Offer counsel, guidance and training on financial analysis, expense and productivity management processes to the DCX organization.

  • Build strong relationships and liaison with DCX Sr. Management, financial partners, business, technology, and operations in support of DCX’s main financial processes and metrics.

  • Manage and maintain business analytics to include: reporting, process development and improvement, financial, revenue and productivity scorecards.

  • Operate independently and own analysis that will result in opportunities or improvements in financial management, budget tracking, month end flash and business case analysis.

  • Prepare and present analysis and recommendations to senior audience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration and Management; MBA preferred.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a large complex organization with responsibilities across multiple functions and geographies - able to set priorities and ‘triage’ in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Financial analytics capabilities with strong organizational skills – ability to understand big picture and get into the intricate details.

  • Foster analytical skills to critically evaluate data gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting information, and decompose high level information into actionable opportunities.

  • Formulate actionable, value add solutions and managing proposals and recommendations to leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and process management skills.
