KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Messaging and Collaboration to join our KPMG Technology organization.
Regulate the maintenance of system configurations and process documentation, operating procedures and infrastructure support documentation
Recommend and participate in development, testing, implementation, and support of all enhancements to the systems, services and technologies used by the IAM platform
Ensure production implementation and maintenance activities are performed as required while adhering to regulations, compliance policies, and risk avoidance standards
Work closely with development groups, business liaison teams, operations staff, security group, data center staff and server administration groups on all activities related to supporting the IAM service offerings
Provide Level 1 support for the system within agreed service levels
Liaison with Application/System Managers as required assisting with reporting requirements and serving as subject matter expert for processes
Minimum of three years of experience in supporting Messaging and Collaboration in an Enterprise Environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of Skype for Business 2015
Capable of performing hands-on systems administration in a diverse and complex Exchange Unified Messaging 2010/2016 and Skype for Business 2015 infrastructure environment with a solid technical background
Experience with scripting/coding and automation tools
