Description

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and manage (as required) multi-faceted functional project plans in support of higher level PSS project plan objectives and milestones.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with myriad Value Chain Partners (VCPs) to establish and ensure the on-going execution of the agreed upon Management System: recurring virtual meetings, agendas, meeting minutes, action tracking and face-to-face working sessions (when required).

  • Develop RFI and RFP packages, with support from Subject Matter Experts, for use in soliciting and selecting required Value Chain Partners that enable PSS short-term and long-term success.

  • Coordinate and facilitate completion of Supply or Service Contracts with VCPs.

  • Manage all PSS payables in conjunction with PosiGen finance to ensure that all VCP invoices accurately reflect services performed or materials provided, at the contractually agreed upon price and terms.

  • Develop and oversee travel budget requiring management and coordination of all travel activities and expenditures (airfare, hotel and rental car) for PSS personnel, including detailed reconciliation and submission of expense reports for appropriate reimbursement.

  • Lead, negotiate and manage all required Service Contracts for PSS to operate at the business level.

  • Lead, negotiate and manage all required on-site Logistics, Distribution and Service support, and associated contracts, required for PSS personnel and installation crews to effectively and efficiently perform their jobs at geographically dispersed installation locations.

  • Develop, with support from relevant Subject Matter Experts, PSS-specific policies, procedures, checklists, work instructions and SOPs that facilitate PSS's ability to execute its planning, mobilization, installation, commissioning and activation processes in a World-Class manner.

  • Coordinate with military, government or community personnel to ensure that all administrative access and security requirements for PSS team members have been satisfied and are maintained current; address any discrepancies and take necessary steps to resolve.

  • Identify, fill out, submit and ensure approval for any and all documentation required to obtain licenses, insurance and / or AHJ approvals necessary to perform PSS business activities throughout the United States.

  • Coordinate directly with functional PosiGen contacts to ensure required HR, Legal and HSE support is provided (when required) to PSS.

  • Collaborate with functional PosiGen contacts to ensure PSS management processes are established which ensure team member compliance with PosiGen Corporate-level policies and procedures.

  • Establish and maintain One Drive folder architecture for all PSS documentation to ensure file availability, access (internal and external) and retention.

  • Collaborate with IT (internal or external) to select, implement and monitor on-going use of a PSS-specific ERP software solution that is customized for its unique business requirements and that interfaces with existing PosiGen back-end financial and inventory management software.

  • Establish management processes and tools which provide oversight to ensure that term, conditions and specific provisions of relevant Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Co-Development or Development agreements are contractually fulfilled.

  • Perform necessary research and outreach with 3rd parties and industry organizations to facilitate development and growth of ever-expanding solar competency amongst PSS management and team members.

  • Establish and maintain PSS business and field-level performance scorecards for internal and external reporting.

  • Coordinate and manage PSS team member (salaried and hourly) on-boarding and integration activities post HR orientation.

  • Provide business support guidance and direction to PSS team members and ensure compliance to relevant policies and procedures.

Education/Experience

  • BA/BS or a combination of experience, education and training.

  • Worked in business environments and jobs that demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities to perform Essential Job Functions.

  • Worked with and supported Senior Management in a direct capacity.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

  • Salesforce experience is critical.
