You are detail oriented and committed to accuracy and organization. You enjoy data entry, coordination of details and working in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and requests. You are a people person who can work within a large team environment and is comfortable dealing with stressful situations and problem solving while delivering Service Excellence to internal/external customers.
Your key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
Enter data accurately (weights and shorts);
Oversee calls and emails from various departments and customers;
Coordinate all labels for the shifts;
Check in Drivers;
Oversee the collection of cheques/cash;
Provide service excellence to internal/external Customers.
High level of organization is a must for this role;
Comfortable dealing with stressful situations and problem solving;
Ability to deal with multiple priorities;
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism;
Excellent computer skills;
Ability to work with limited supervision and in an environment that has constant interruption;
Must be able to do repetitive tasks and lift 25lbs. on occasion (note: this is a bona-fide job requirement).
SCHEDULE : Sunday - Thursday 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm including vacation coverage.
