The IAM (Identity & Access Management – Engineering and Innovation) team at Experian is looking for an individual interested in working with an implementation focused team. The ideal candidate is someone who has CyberArk tool administration experience or worked as a system administrator (Unix or Windows) with broad understanding of user & system accounts in various IT systems, enjoys working collaboratively with technical teams in multiple locations and passionate about solving problems through automation.

Experian is looking to implement CyberArk to control access to privileged & service accounts across multiple platforms and applications. As a PAM Administrator, you will be responsible for Privileged Access Management tools support, deployment, maintenance. This position requires interactions with end users, application development teams, Unix & Windows sys admins, network and other operational and security teams.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and maintain CyberArk environments

• Performs application integration assessments and advise on the integration options

• Serves as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Privileged Identity Management domain

• Managing CyberArk issue escalations

• Ensure ongoing CyberArk system Maintenance is scheduled and completed on time

• Managing CyberArk Password Vault Web Access(PVWA)

• Troubleshoot Kerberos & OAuth authentication and constrained delegation

• Coordinate and work with vendors support to provide optimal solutions to resolve all customer issues and provide support to all system design

• Configuration of Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, OPM, PSMP.

• Develop Operational processes and procedures to appropriately analyze, escalate, and assist in remediation of critical information security incidents.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

To be a success in this role you will have:

• Experience in network security and administration including 5 years of experience particularly in CyberArk Security.

• Experience with Cyber Security & IAM including managing Privileged Access Management requirements.

• Hands on experience in managing the day to day operations of CyberArk solutions including adding and deleting accounts, performing administration, maintenance, troubleshooting and support of multiple Active Directory Users.

• Experience integrating PAM solutions with multiple platforms including Windows, Unix, Database Platforms, etc

• Real Time Log monitoring in the Security Operations Centre from different devices such as Firewalls, IDS, IPS, Operating Systems like Windows, UNIX, Proxy Servers, Windows Servers, System Application, Databases, Web Servers and Networking Devices.
