PrincePerelson & Associates Administrative Assistant in PARK CITY, Utah


A business center located in Park City is looking for an Administrative Assistant to act as the first point of contact in their office. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to multiple individuals by answering calls and handling a wide variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is great at multitasking, has strong prioritization ability and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Answering phones, greeting guests and directing to appropriate parties

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Maintaining conference rooms

  • Receiving and distributing mail and packages

  • Responsible for faxing and scanning documents

  • Creating and printing labels

  • Filing and creating folders

  • Responding to emails and forwarding information as needed

  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

  • 1-2 years Receptionist experience

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Experience with Vonage phone system preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor
