Position Description :

Incumbent's primary responsibility is to coordinate administrative activities of the Administrative office of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Position Description:

• Maintain calendars of the department chair and executive leadership

• Coordinate high-volume of meetings

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for executive team

• Analyze data to prepare reports and documents

• Prepare itineraries for faculty applicants

• Assist with miscellaneous projects and departmental events

• Attention to detail and accuracy

Minimum Requirements :

Undergraduate degree strongly preferred. Minimum of five years experience providing administrative support in a comparable environment and capacity. Demonstrated ability to coordinate a large amount of detail oriented activities within a medical/academic environment. Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with various levels of professionals.

Additional Information :

Ability to work independently and also as part of a team. Must have good command of the English language. Must be punctual and maintain an excellent attendance record. Ability to maintain professional demeanor at all times. Incumbent must consistently adhere to departmental standards for professional office environment. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
