What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and reporting expenses.
Support the Board of Directors and Board Committees
Interact with Health System Executives and Physicians
Develop presentations for Board and Client Meetings
Represent the Market President and Company events and Meetings
Coordinate off-site meetings and events
Serve as a liaison between the Local Market and Corporate Office
Arrange for travel and expenses for the President
Support office operations of a professional office with 100 employees
Maintain calendars and daily schedules in a proactive, forward-thinking fashion for the supported executives.
Schedule complex external client and partner meetings that involve executives from multiple organizations.
Schedule internal meetings by working closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure that schedules are aligned for all Evolent team members.
Communicate professionally and effectively with C-Suite level executives and their support staff to ensure that meetings are scheduled promptly and appropriately.
Greet guests of the supported executives, including business partners and interview candidates.
Send and receive mailings as needed.
Assist in the creation, formatting, and distribution of agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and other materials for both internal and external meetings.
Handle information of a confidential nature on a regular basis and ensure that it is distributed or stored properly.
Assist Lead Executive Assistant on other operations tasks as needed (e.g. – onboarding future Executive Assistants, special projects from Operations Manager, etc.)
The Experience You’ll Need (Required):
5-6 years of experience providing executive assistance to C-suite level executives.
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, adapt to change, and work well under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment.
