Symantec Sr Lead Project Manager in Remote, Brazil
Ten (10) years of experience as Certified PMP Project Manager
Five (5) years of managing information and cyber security programs
Breadth and Depth of exposure to the unique challenges facing clients across a wide number of industries, including: Banking and Financial Services, Manufacturing, Transportation and Logistics, Retail, Media, Energy and Utilities, Telecommunications, Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, Pharmaceuticals and Biotech, Food and Beverage, Healthcare, and Government.
Proficient with the roles and objectives of IT Audit, compliance and security
Proficient at verbal and written communications targeted at all levels of an organization
Ability to manage large security software deployments
Assess business and technical requirements
Develop strategic implementation strategies
Ability to manage key phases around our technology deployments (Architect, Deploy, Configure and Integrate Enterprise-class software)
Facilitate program/project reviews.
Lead Symantec and customer teams to deliver world-class service
Create/Drive detailed documentation
Provide leadership and mentoring to team members
Maintain knowledge level through continuing education opportunities
Assist in the project lifecycle, from sales to closeout
Meet KPI Metrics
Assume responsibility for the ongoing maintenance and improvement of methodologies, document templates and internal processes related to project delivery
Lead acquisition of new skills as additional products are developed or integrated
Certifications and Memberships
CISSP or MBA in Security Information or Cyber Security
PMI / PMP Cert or MBA in Project Management or Master in Project Management
