Job Description:

  • Conduct onboarding (new hires) and developmental trainings (existing staff)

  • Develop Digital Training Content for online and mobile training

  • Utilize feedback from all listening channels i.e. NPS, PI, Failed Logs, etc, and work with business on training solutions to improve customer experiences and satisfaction scores

  • Work closely with CBPS Training Team by providing direction, guidance and support based on organizational objectives and the required activities to achieve business goals

  • Deliver global and regional training programs

  • Effective implementation of regional role-based curricula

  • Track timely completion of mandatory trainings for the new hires

  • Ensure periodic and timely evaluation of all training materials

  • Ensure availability of training records and evaluation summaries for audit

  • Ensure timely and accurate training records in GLMS for audit

  • Engage with country stakeholders and provide training solutions

Technical/Specialist Skills:

  • Digital Content Creation skills and experience

  • Line-trainer experience

  • Demonstrated facilitation skills and expertise in applying adult learning principles

  • Working knowledge on MS Office eg: PowerPoint & Excel, Adobe Captivate, Digital Content Creation, Video production and editing

  • Time management

Business/Industry Knowledge:

  • L&D, Digital/Media Content Creation and related Business experience

  • Thorough understanding of Company global policies and processes related to L&D in GCB

  • In-depth understanding of the business
