Citi’s Global Recruitment System’s team has an opening for a Campus Business Analyst. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated professional to support the execution of a holistic recruitment transformation strategy and drive technology initiatives to support a best in class recruiting organization. The role requires excellent project management skills, implementation knowledge and experience with HR recruitment systems, specifically Avature Campus Recruitment. The successful candidate will be someone who clearly understands the importance and potential of effective project management and communication in running a complex matrix function. The incumbent will work closely with recruitment senior stakeholders/technical teams to execute the vision of the team.

Responsibilities: This person will have the opportunity to work on our Global Campus Recruitment Transformation project that touches thousands of candidates and internal stakeholders across the globe. The team is currently focused on evaluating system functionality and operational structures that will enable Global Campus Recruitment to execute its re-engineering strategy. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Create and review complex business requirements, process maps, functional specifications, and communicate clearly with development teams

  • Function as a change agent for all recruitment systems initiatives

  • Deep dive in to systems issues and data sets when necessary to identify solutions

  • Develop test scripts and lead user acceptance testing with multiple regional stakeholders, geographies and end-users

  • Act as a resource for existing campus methodologies and facilitate change management utilizing knowledge of previous campus processes as we update and upgrade systems and recruitment procedures

  • Participate in configuration and evaluation of newly implemented applicant tracking system

  • Manage input of translations for new ATS and regional feedback/evaluation of vendor translations

  • Manage change requests for current ATS and gauge against future plans with new ATS, managing requirements versus desires for users

  • Draft extensive integration requirements for technology partners and vendors to be used in design and development for new ATS connectivity to Citi systems and vendors

  • Support strategic reporting data requests (ongoing) to drive future-state dashboard development

Qualifications

Knowledge/ experience:

  • Experience of working at all levels in an organization together with the capability to communicate effectively with all audiences.

  • Experience of working in matrix structures and cross cultural environments and working with virtual teams.

  • Relevant and demonstrable experience in applicant tracking systems, systems configuration roles and global implementations

  • Experience of developing and executing requirements, managing multiple stakeholders, preventing scope-creep, and managing milestones

  • Experience of developing and executing business requirements documents and working with cross-functional technical and strategic teams
