Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes
Client facing representative of Optum Direct Connect
Handles system implementations and trainings
Handles all inquiries from internal and external clients regarding claim resolution in a timely manner
Responsible for knowledge of all systems relevant to resolution of inventory
Manages the Overpayment Direct / Recovery claim resolution for a region’s book of business
Works hand in hand with United Recovery Services and UHC to decrease outstanding AR *
Achieves the recovery goal for a book of business, to include financial metrics and aging inventory resolution
You won't be any ordinary Account Resolution Consultant. You'll be hitting on all cylinders every moment of every day. You will create process design, implement projects, diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions in the quest for better health care. You'll be expected to quickly adapt to change in a very fluid environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to agree on solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of client management experience
2+ years of Accounts Receivables (AR management) experience
Intermediate level experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience working in a large, matrixed organization
