Perform programming activities of preventive, corrective, autonomous, predictive and equipment shipments for

repair or external services. It will maintain a good communication with the different departments to coordinate the

activities and allow the efficient operation of the manufacturing lines as well as the capture of the information in

the system in an effective way.

Maintain the documentation updated, organized and registered in the quality system as well as the creation of

reports and corrective actions for the continuous improvement of the area. The coordinator must follow and

comply with the procedures of Security, Quality, Maintenance and Audits (internal, external).


Improve the management of technicians resources and control of spare parts in the mechanical Maintenance

maintenance of the maintenance area.

l Have the list of equipment updated by line, operation, ID, of each of the production areas

Generate the liberations of the production, measurement and tools equipment of the autonomous

maintenance.

l

Generate purchase orders for spare parts, consumables and equipment, as well as follow up on

them.

l

Preparation of statistical reports, work instructions, PM routines, freelancers, spare parts list and

department procedures.

l

Carry out and coordinate the return, delivery of consumables or machinery according to the needs

of the department.

l

Follow up on the introduction of new equipment, machinery, production lines as well as the disposal

and disposal of these.

l

Maintain the maintenance system (pMaint) production lines, support equipment following the

company's procedures updated.

l

Maintain order, cleanliness and discipline in the areas of work as well as good professional attitude

and service for both internal and external customers.

l

At all times you must follow up on the activities delegated by your supervisor and work team

according to internal or external procedures as applicable.

l

Keep at all times any document, procedures, training record, work instruction, etc. that applies to

your work area, as well as is responsible for the integrity of the information that these documents

handle.

l

l Maintain updated training matrices in the equipment maintenance area.

l Comply with the security, quality and customer service metrics that apply to your area.

Know and apply the policies and procedures of the Quality Systems, Environmental Management

System, Health Management System and Occupational Health and Safety and any other system

that the company requires for its operation
