Your next role...
Our Virginia team are on the hunt for our next talented and resilient HR Business Partner to join the Arnott's family. As a key HR representative on-site, this generalist role will see you supporting front-line leaders with core people processes. Areas of focus include training and development, change management, IR/ER including performance management liaising with internal/external stakeholders and also recruitment.
What ingredients do you need to be successful?
Minimum 3-5 years experience within a HR generalist role;
Experience leading and coaching managers;
Strong influencing and negotiation with a proven track record dealing with Unions
Past experience within FMCG or Blue Collar industry preferred but not essential;
Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders;
Experience in facilitating training;
A strong team work ethic, flexibility and can-do attitude!
