Key Responsibilities

  • Owns ongoing management of Marketing Excellence Program (MEP) as key liaison to global excellence programs, supporting Zone Marketing VPs in self-evaluation, and supporting CMO audit of program outcomes

  • Supports the zones in the implementation of the MEP program as well as their local execution of the MEP for GROWth course; Executes MEP & MEP training in Global Headquarters

  • Liaises with global ABI University team overseeing MEP training delivery & evaluation

  • Manages MEP Routine: ongoing communication throughout the year, for the implementation of the process, including tracking process delivery & results achievement

  • Champion of our culture, philosophy of brand building, and belief in continuous improvement

  • Oversees execution of Marketing Academy and Creative X in Global Headquarters



  • Bachelor’s degree. MBA, with a focus in marketing, preferred

  • Passion for brand marketing, and ambition for a marketing career

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing: general brand management, insights, innovation or connections

  • Creative, pro-active, self-starter, able to manage multiple stakeholders – both internal & external, global & local

  • Innovative, good listener, open to change & solutions-oriented

  • Strong decision-making, intellectual curiosity, communication, collaboration and influence skills

  • Ability to constructively provoke and coach others in order to drive and manage change

  • Comfortable in meetings with senior leadership and presenting to chief officers and collaborating with diverse geographical teams and markets

  • Global mindset required; must be open to international travel

  • Advanced analysis, presentation and project management skills required
