Job Description:

The EMEA CSA Programs & Business Development, Senior Manager is part of the EMEA Channel Business Development & Operations team. She/he is responsible for the business development and transformation of Citrix Partner Ecosystem in EMEA.

2018 focus will be on Citrix Solution Advisors. It should also include the management of any joint solution offerings with System Integrators & Alliances.

She/he should work in close collaboration with all EMEA Channel & Sales functions as well as with Corporate Channel functions to ensure alignment, to leverage team efficiency and to enable operational excellence.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Analyse the performance & capabilities of Citrix partner ecosystem in EMEA to identify what works well/requires improvements

  • Adapt our partner ecosystem to align with Citrix Go-To-Market strategy & Business objectives

  • Align the channel organization to support the partner ecosystem to maximize capacity & coverage

  • Ensure compliance of Citrix incentive program in EMEA and manage related exceptions

  • Define, Document, Manage, Monitor, Communicate on internal and external initiatives (e.g. promotions, joint solutions with alliance, mid-market) to drive sales focus and develop business

  • Collaborate with the WW Program team on the Partner Program evolutions and WW initiatives

  • Manage the Partner Business Plan & QBR process to ensure business discipline and alignment with objectives

  • Collaborate with the Channel Enablement Lead to define enablement needs and plan, monitor execution

  • Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Lead on lead generation campaigns and lead management

  • Participate in the organization of partner events (e.g. EMEA track at Summit, EMEA Partner Summit)

  • Optimize the overall lead to order process

  • Supervise the management of TPAMs until end of FY18 and collaborate with the Digital Sales & Services team for transitioning to Dublin and for defining their future roles & responsibilities

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or related required (MBA preferred)

  • 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Availability for travel as required

  • Position Location: key business cities in Europe (London, Paris, Amsterdam)

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Strong project management experience required

  • Strong analytical and data modeling skills

  • Advanced business acumen

  • Advanced interpersonal skills to manage major activities

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a lead in a team environment

  • Strong oral & written communication skills and comfortable level in presenting to internal & external stakeholders

  • Operations experience preferred

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to complete assignments given aggressive time constraints with high quality level

  • Strong understanding of multi-channel environments

  • Travel: 15%-30%
